Wages & Benefits
The following is a breakdown of the wage percentages and benefits and when they
will apply. These are scheduled raises and do not
include other periodic contract raises which
are determined through contract negotiations.
Scheduled
Contracted Wage Rates:
- 1st six months - 50% of Journeyman Rate
- 2nd six months - 55% of Journeyman Rate
- 2nd Year - 60% of Journeyman Rate
- 3rd Year - 70% of Journeyman Rate
- 4th Year - 75% of Journeyman Rate
- 5th Year - 80% of Journeyman Rate
- Plus - Full family (spouse & children) BC/BS
Health Ins. paid by the Employer.
- Plus - 1st Year - Employer starts paying into National
Define Benifit Retirement Fund with 5 year vesting.
- Plus - 2nd Year - Employer starts paying into Local Define
Benifit Retirement Fund with 5 year vesting.
